Collect Or Deliver charge its customers a small ordering fee upon checkout. Shops keep 100% of the amount charged for the products they list with us.

I cant offer a delivery service, can I still join?

Yes, Collect Or Deliver work with local delivery companies to help all its shops offer the service. When you pick this option the delivery area and fees are managed by the delivery company so all you need to do is wait for the products to be collected

How long does it take for my shop to appear in a search result?

It is instant, once you have saved any updates or editing.

If I update a product, how quickly will the changes appear?

It is instant, once you have saved any updates or editing.

Can I change orders if I don't have the stock instead of cancelling whole order?

Instead of cancelling the order, you can contact the customer and see if they are happy with an alternate product. If the customer then wishes to cancel the order you can do so in the app.

Sounds like a lot of work to upload stock onto the app?

We have an open API, which can match your till stock list. Please contact us for more information to add your stock onto our app more quickly.

I am so busy during the day I cant keep looking at my phone?

The app is so versatile that you can set up collections or delivery at set times, therefore you can look at your phone in the evening and pick and pack items for the next day ready for collection or delivery.
